What is Cholesterol? And How it Affects Us

Cholesterol is a good fat substance that may be produced naturally by the body's, (meaning we have to have eat foods which has cholesterol). It tries our blood. Cholesterol does have its good uses but like everything else can cause great problems as we have too really. It is also pertaining to certain foods that many of us eat.

There are 2 methods Cholesterol:

High Density Lipoprotein (HDL) , This is 'fantastic' cholesterol. This mode cholesterol helps to unclog bloodstream, (it is discovered in polyunsaturated fats & monounsaturated fats).

Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) , This is 'bad' bad cholesterol. This type associated with the cholesterol that clogs veins, (it is discovered in saturated fats inside trans fats. )

The amount of cholesterol in today's bodies depends on the kinds of food we the amount you eat. Especially fatty cuisine. Polyunsaturated Fats & Monounsaturated Fats will help to lower cholesterol.
